Tim Dyson, Chair of Trustees, welcomed new CEO Tracy Underwood to the team at YPACF’s new year event at The Base in Greenham on Thursday 16th January.

Tracy has over 10 years’ experience working in the healthcare and charity sectors, within the National Autistic Society and most recently working for Sue Ryder as National Service Improvement Manager. In this role she was pivotal in leading Hospices across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire to achieve their Outstanding CQC Inspection rating. Tracy grew up in Newbury, spent many years touring the world working for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office before returning to the UK and finding her ‘calling’ working in the charity sector.

Chair of Trustees Tim Dyson said, “This is a pivotal time for the charity and we need a strong leader who can take us forward as we develop our offering. We are looking to build on what have already achieved, so that we can provide even better support for even more young people at this crucial time in their lives. We are confident that Tracy’s experience, energy and enthusiasm will ensure we can take the charity to the next level.”
